Lighting Camera Man Scotland

I was hired as a Lighting Cameraman by an American client to film an interview to be conducted via a Zoom meeting.

The interview was held in the Laidlaw Music Centre (part of St Andrews University). This room was fantastic as it was large and I had full control or lights and window blinds.

I used the Sony FX6 and A7S3 shooting SLOG3. Lighting was achieved by some natural daylight, a Falcon Eyes panel hair light, Aputure key and a floppy to create some contrast on the subjects face. Audio was recorded via a boom and lapel as a backup.

After the shoot the footage was uploaded to the client with delivery of low-res proxies first.
